Steeler Polamalu Insures his Locks for 1 Million
The "quiet" off-field, but on field Samoan warrior Troy Polamalu just had his mane insured for 1 million dollars. Lloyds of London has written a policy on the Pittsburgh Steelers safety’s locks. There’s a serious reason for Polamalu’s ‘do: he has not cut it since 2000 and wears it as a tribute to his Samoan ancestors. But there’s a product tie-in on the insurance: Polamalu endorses Head & Shoulders shampoo, whose parent company sought the policy. 1st insurance policy of it's kind... He's a very cool humble dude in real life and I hope he has a awesome season because when he's @ his best he's 1 of the best defensive players in the game!

Chelsea Handler to Host the 2010 MTV VMA's
The late nite talk show host known for her hilariously funny program Chelsea Lately has been sought after by MTV to host this years VMA's. Chelsea's sharp tongue and self-proclaimed affinity for "rappers" undoubtedly will entertain the masses, as guests such as Kanye West, T.I., Drake, Nicki Minaj, and many more heavyweights are scheduled to appear and perform. The MTV VMA's will be airing slightly LIVE on Sept. 12 from the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles and Chelsea can be seen regularly M-F @ 11pm on the E! network. I'm a HUGE Chelsea fan and I really can't wait to see her LIVE on TV... ANYTHING could happen!
